Firebrand, Herald, Scrapper, Catalyst, Bladesworn, Berserker, Spellbreaker, Harbinger, Chronomancer all have good quickness builds. Willbender, Mirage, Mechanist, Renegade, Untamed, Spectre, Chronomancer, Tempest all have good alacrity builds. Opinions on all of them will vary and there's varities within them that can go either condi/power. Mesmer is one of the best solo classes in the game. But only after lvl80 and getting well optimized build with the right rune and sigill combination, ect. It's pretty painfull to level up with it.
